I used mine to secure a suction cup camera mount to my vehicle's dashboard. The mounting tape on the bottom of the pad is adequate to hold smaller camcorders and digital cameras. Just make sure the surface you are adhering the pad to is perfectly clean (use an alcohol wipe). So far, the 3M adhesive is holding up (2 weeks). I'll review the product again if the mounting tape fails before the summer's out. ...more
